Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 7 days. Some products may require additional preparation; when this applies, the product page or our support team will provide the relevant timing.
Delivery availability and charges
Delivery availability and shipping charges are shown during checkout based on the delivery address and available courier service.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared after dispatch using the contact information provided with the order. Courier tracking can take a short time to update after the shipment is handed over.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete delivery address, nearby landmark where helpful, and an active phone number. Contact Jastro promptly if an address needs correction before dispatch.
